On the route of Annapurna trekking after few days Hiking from Pokhara, you will be ready to discover theplace called" Ghorepani Poon Hill ". A famous place for a view of Mount Annapurna Range, Dhaulagiri Range and Nilgiri. This place is also famous flowering rhododendron forest, so for The Ghorepani Poonhill is a colorful short foray into the Annapurna region. The trail winds through patchwork valleys, dense mossy forests, and past icy waterfalls. Hotel Snow Land lies on a place called "Deurali" on the way to Ghorepani Poon Hill, To discover the lifestyle of the people & places, taste the traditional dishes, meet the regulars of a bistro, participate in their traditions! You have a few days to enjoy this place of rich natural beauties of Nepal. Permits for Trek

The Government of Nepal imposes permit entrance fees to preserve the beauty surrounding Mt. Everest and other mountains in the Himalayan range. All national parks in Nepal need a permit, and the Sagarmatha National Park is no different. When you compare the cost of the permits to the overall cost of your trip to Nepal and the Everest Region, the amount is relatively small. It is an investment in the future of this beautiful area with its snow, forests, ice, pastures, and culture.

Day to Day Itinerary

On reaching at Kathmandu international airport received by our staff and guide with warm welcome then transfer to your hotel in centre of Kathmandu city, after getting refreshed in your rooms join for group briefing regarding your stay in Nepal, where guides will provide information of the trek-local lodge-hotels- culture and other necessary information related to this treks.

In Kathmandu, a free day preparation for Tamang Heritage Trail trekking with optional sightseeing around Kathmandu, as the valley is steeped with many world heritage sites and important monuments and religious-historical sites.

First day starts heading due west avoiding motorable road for old trekking trail to reach at Gatlang village, walk continues past several spread-out farm areas of Tamang people, and then with gradual climb to reach one of the largest village of the area at Gatlang populated by Tamang tribes, on arrival with warm greeting and traditional hospitality, and then transfer to local home-stay for overnight stop, with time to explore around this interesting villages and interact with locals.

Morning begins facing views of Ganesh and Langtang peaks and as far north of Tibetan range of mountains, where slow climb leads past farm villages and into alpine woodlands to reach at Tatopani for overnight stop with time around afternoon to enjoy in its natural hot springs as 'Tatopani’ means hot water, where you can take a short walk to have good refreshing time in the warm pools.

Morning walk leads near around the border of Tibet as walk leads towards Nagthali and Thuman, our route follows north on gradual path and with climb most of the day, but with few short downhill along with views of Ganesh Himal and Langtang Lirung, walk leads into nice cool forested area to reach at Nagthali, a moderate size village for overnight stop.

From Nagthali with pleasant time mixing with local and enjoying the culture of Buddhism religion, as walk leads to climb on top the highest spot of the walk and journey reaching on top Nagthali a great view point for super scenery of surrounding green hills, valley with white snow capped peaks of Ganesh-Manaslu and Langtang Himal. After a great moment and with spectacular views downhill walk to reach at another interesting village at Thuman, and then take a short drive back to reach at Syabrubesi village for final overnight stop around Tamang people country within Langtang Himal region.

Morning drive back to Kathmandu on same interesting highway with exciting time as drive leads through rural farm villages and towns with views of mountains after six hours journey reaching in Kathmandu, then transfer to your respective hotels.

Last day in the country of Himalayan wonders, after an amazing experience and wonderful memories on Tamang Heritage Trail treks with great service of Nepal High-Point Trekking and then depart from the hotel as per your flight time our staff transfers you to Kathmandu international airport for your home-ward flight or to next respective countries.
